Keys to Spiritual Authority: Opening Doors in God's Kingdom

As we journey through life, we often encounter closed doors or barriers that hinder our progress and block us from the blessings that God has for us. Many times, we forget the spiritual authority and the keys of God’s Word that empower us to open these doors in the Spirit realm.

Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He told us that ALL authority in heaven and earth had been given to Him. As believers, we are the receivers of this authority which empowers us to advance in the Kingdom of God.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold ,I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

(Matthew 28:18-20)

Here are 4 Keys that you can use to open doors and barriers to the blessings of God.

1.    Key of Prayer (Matthew 6:6)

Prayer is the key that opens the door to the secret place where we communicate with God.

2.    Key of Faith (Mark 11:22-24)

Faith is key that activates our authority, moving mountains and opening doors.

By faith, we believe in the promises of God and declare His truth over our circumstances.

3.    Key of Obedience (John 15:7)

Obedience unlocks the doors to God’s blessings and favor.

John 15 Jesus tells us to keep His commandments and if we keep them, we can ask for whatever we need.

4.    Key of Speaking God’s Word (Mark 11:22-23)

Speaking God’s Word releases your authority because His Word will accomplish what is said.

By declaring God’s promises, we participate in the authority to shape our spiritual reality.

As we journey through life, let us recognize the keys of spiritual authority that God has given us. Through following the four keys of prayer, faith, obedience, and the proclamation of His Word, we hold the keys that open doors in the spiritual realm of God. Let us use these keys Jesus has granted to us boldly, trusting that the doors we open will align with God’s perfect will for our lives.

May the Holy Spirit guide us as we use these keys with wisdom and discernment as we progress in our exercise of our spiritual authority.
